Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

Champagne & Conversations(“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through champagneconvos.com(the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
  • Usage & device information. With your consent, we collect analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you interact with the Site.
  • Cookies. We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your consent choice, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
  • To understand how the Site is used and to improve its content, performance, and user experience (analytics).
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site, under agreements that limit their use of it:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — delivers contact-form messages to us by email.
  • Google Analytics — provides website analytics (only when you have consented).

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Data retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to address your inquiry and for our reasonable records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration, and consent-based cookies last no longer than 13 months.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@champagneconvos.com. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time using the “Manage cookies” control in our footer.

6. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
